Designed by Ezra Lunt Phillips in 1924 and set on 22 private acres above the Back Shore, Cranberry Hill has been carefully kept for a century. Grand formal rooms, six original fireplaces, a library, and a primary suite with open views to the Atlantic.

The house is available for private gatherings of up to twenty-four.
